Speaking of SYing for raids, what is polite and reasonable? Some will SY non-stop, as often as they can in hope of ruining the game experiance for raiders and/or online attackers. While this may seem ideal to some, is it? Driving away a raider may mean that you get to keep your cargo longer, but not many raiders camp their targets unless the target has a large amount of cargo out. Learning to bank effectively helps, and some SY time doesn't hurt, but only for so long. If you are getting raided constantly for large amounts of cargo, take a look at when it is happening and try to change that. If it happens repeatedly from the same person, try talking to them.


The constant SY method just leads to fleets stepping in and taking action which can upset entire fleets, leading to a loss of fleet or more than one person leaving. Please keep in mind that raiding is part of the game and that everyone needs to use reasonable judgement.
