Commodore Jensei Dareg was a man of asian decent that served as the head of the Ganymede Secret Service from aproximately 2169-2179. He was the third head of the orginization. His desigination was Agent Zero up until his death in 2194. He died in 2194 during Princess Lilian's attempted coup de tat of Ganymede, giving his life to stall for time while Agent's 02 and 03 evacuated then Princess Madelynn from Ganymede to Charon.
Jensei was memory flashed prior to his death, and "existed" as the main AI for Libra Station, which is the secret headquarters for the Free Pirate Resistance. After that, He was moved by Raziel D from Libra as it was being decommishoned to Callisto Base, where he now serves as the Communications and Information AI for The Star Fraction.
Jensei tends to act more independently than other AI, and will go against an order if he deems it incorrect. His database contains the collected intelligence data from the 633, TSF, GSS, GDF, pre-withdrawl SSC, pre-Martial Law SDF, and several Private security forces, such as some small Neptune Companies, Uranus, and Jupiter ports.
He also has backdoor access into 633 and GSS AI systems, for additional information as needed.

Other access to standard communications functions is based on access level granted by Command Staff.
Countermeasures include heavy firewall system, and manual severing of communication hardlines by either base staff or the AI itself. Precautions were added by Chief Cmdr. Macklin to protect the AI from the base, and vice versa.
