A shadowy figure, little is know about this member of Battle Group Mercury. Various rumors indicate former political aspirations, or perhaps working with one who had political aspirations. There are those who say he has at times, been a very public figure, but they frequently get rather quiet, when Dominus Calamitatis makes his presence known around them.
